Entweder ein EPMD oder NBR oder Teflon. Weiterhin spielt es überhaupt keine Rolle wg. Linepressure oder dergleichen wie die Sitzbreite generiert wird . Geometriesche Winkel und Sitzbreite sind wichtig . Innerhalb der Toleranzen geht alles , egal ob mit Schleif , fräss oder Läpp-vorgängen . Oberfläche ist wichtig ...und das wars . Ob ein Sitz von Hand geschliffen wird oder nicht ist unerheblich ...in der industriellen fertigung nutzt man aus Zeitgründen den minuten unterschied der Geometrie...und das läuft sich dann auf die vorgegebene Sitzbreite ein . Weiterhin ist es sogar wichtig das der Sitz eine Kontaktfläche erhält...Temperaturübergang . PS: Einen Kunststoff aufgrund der Fabe als Viton zu bezeichnen ist falsch . Früher wurden dem Viton grüne Pigmente beigemischt um einer besseren Unterscheidung beizutragen . Heute spart man sich das und Viton gibts in allen farben . Viton quillt im Motoröl auf und wird wie wachs...dehnt sich aus . Kein Hersteller von Dichtwerkstoffen bietet Viton in Ölkreisläufen an . Viton wird für agressive Säuren und Laugen benutzt , selbst Klimaanlage hat keine Vitondichtungen . Ausserdem hat FKM keine höhere Temp. beständigkeit als EPDM oder NBR . Verwechsle nicht FKM und PTFE . V8 erbarme Dich ! Post Extras
