Well, I did it. Pictures in a while, but I managed to cover a headlining.
I used AS-Trim, in Ipswich, for the material, which was called Oatmeal, textured. Foam backed. They also had an unbacked material, same name, but it was slightly different in colour and texture, so I used more of the backed material to also do the sunroof panel.
Visors I simply cleaned up, and they don't look too mismatched at all. So, pleased with the initial result. Although bonding the board back on to the roof was rather less easy.
