A few notes
I removed mine using only a trolley jack, some blocks of wood, and me, on my own.
Draining fluids. There's a lot of oil! Need big bucket.
Front panel and radiator coming off- I had a few issues with the screws attaching the ends to the wings, paint tracked down the threads, making them very tight. 2heads were stripped.
If you are planning on doing any work on the cambelt, then it is worth undoing the crank bolt in situ, before taking the engine out.
AirCon Compressor, Hydraulic pump, left attached to various hoses, tied to the side with rope.
Starter motor bolt from the rear is a sod to get to. See the other thread on the subject here.
Exhaust bolts, if old, are likely useless. I ground them off.
3 engine mounts- main left and right. Front one is a support, really. The Maintenance manual makes a special note about keeping the number of shims.
I had already removed the cylinder heads before removing the block. Removing the cylinder heads requires the exhaust manifolds to come out with them, if I remember correctly.
I have a copy of the microfiche info, which gives all the relevant info. PM me an email address if you wish, and i'll forward it on. very useful.
In general, on my own, it would have come out in one day, but the snags with damaged bolts/grinding off rusted exhaust bolts, etc, made for a longer job.
So, if you can raise the car, nad get to all the awkward stuff first, it will speed it up, lots.
