T. Reged: 29/04/2008 Posts: 1 Loc: Canada Newbie questions       29/04/2008 23:42 Edit   Reply   I acquired a 1992 V8q last month. It had some minor issues that I have for the most part resolved. Still need to fix: 1) I had to fix the signal switch in the column. I made the mistake of starting the car with the Air bag disconnected and it has logged that error, the airbag light now stays on. Any suggestions? 2)Oil pressure on the dial gauge seems to work and the oil level is okay but I occassionally get the oil light comming on in the check light display. Should I be worried? 3)The other day on a long trip the battery light came on. (new battery in the car)I was not in a place that I could pull in to check anything. I continued on and my battery power dropped to the point of the car stalling. After 30 minutes I was able to restart only to have it happen again 40km down the road. after sitting overnight it started an ran 200km with no problem. Suggestions? Alternator,regulator anything else. Thanks in advance for any advice or help you can provide Todd Post Extras
