Clicking noise at turns, according to driving speed is definitely generated by worn outer drive shaft joints. If inner joints are worn, they generate vibrations but no clicking noise. The outer joints are not a big deal to replace.
But I'm with Mark. You need an experienced mechanic for proper diagnostics and fittings. Bad bump-steer may of course be caused by worn bushings and ball joints but also by worn shock absorbers.
