In the very near future, I shall be changing over the brakes, as with the silver car.
Choices are- HP2/S6 struts as before. Very easy to do, with minimal workshop space. The last set, I obtained for £200, Brakes, struts, disks, pads complete. This is preferred for now, as it would keep commonality with the 2 cars. A bit rare over here.
Or
Porsche calipers. 993s can be found for sensible money, work with the S6/A8(et al) discs. So I would just need mounting brackets. Or, the uber sexy 6pot caliper, from the larger machines in VAG group.
