The correct NGK plug for the V8 should be the BUR 6 EFSZ, NGK catalog no 6837. You can check the specs on the NGK website (www.ngk.com, just enter the 6837 number in the search on the main page)

This topic has been discussed here rather often, if you speak some German try a search for "Zündkerze" on this forum. Audi recommends the classic spark plugs; all multi-electrode designs are NOT approved for use in the V8. The V8 combustion chamber has been designed around a one-electrode spark plug.

Apart from issues with the ignition system showing sooner and with more severe symptoms when running LPG, there is no difference. You continue to use the same plugs.If I were you and the LPG conversion has just recently been done or you have problems, I`d check the plugs, see if the engine is running too lean (many conversions run a little lean) and get the LPG installation adjusted.
