Die Gußlegierung wir vorgegeben und muß daher annähernd gleich sein, was das Material an sich betrifft. Was die Qualität des "verputzens" vom Gußteil angeht kann es da durchaus starke Unterschiede geben. Das liegt wohl daran das es sicherlich mehrere Hersteller/ Gießereien gab. Teile wie z.B. ein ZK können schwer maschinell von Gußüberresten befreit werden, sprich das meiste daran ist Handarbeit. Daher der Unterschied. Schlüpf mal z.B. unter einen Koreaner und schau dir da das Getriebegehäuse an. Das sind in der Regel Druckgußteile. Ich wette mit dir das du mindestens 10 Stellen findest die so einen starken und scharfen Grat aufweisen dass du daran Salami schneiden kannst. Bei Premiumherstellern wirst du das nicht finden. Auch von daher rühren hohe Preisunterschiede bei den Fahrzeugen. Die sagen sich: Das Getriebe sieht wenn überhaupt nur ein Mechaniker und der kann Handschuhe anziehen. Bei den Premiumherstellern wird alles rundgelutsch als wäre es aus Cocobolo-Holz. Und trotzdem hängt es in der Regel ein Autoleben lang unter der Karre und keiner sieht es.
