Besorge Dir einen guten gebrauchten Kotflügel,den Du sandstrahlen und anschließend Pulverbeschichten läßt.
Danach kann er in einer beliebigen Farbe lackiert werden.

Das kostet unter 100€.
Kannst ihn auch nach dem Sandstrahlen feuerverzinken lassen.
