AFAIK, owner manuals are not available in digital form anywhere. If you don't have one, you'd need to go to your Audi dealer who can supply you with a paper one that you then can digitize yourself.
For service manuals, check www.bentleypublishers.com. Additionally, search the P2P file sharing platform of your choice for "Reparaturleifaden" or "RLF"...
