Hello to all !!
I had own my first A8 half year now, and found a lot of new places to check comparing my A6 or 100 models.
My first question is: Does anyone has service manual for A8, ABZ, -95 quattro? Or any A8 from those years?
And does anyone has ECU-codes/memory plases to read and recode
ECU values? There is moore than 100 enviroment I can change with VAG-COM software. I just be qurious to know them. I know, I can defect my engine if it runs too hot. But I have change them before from other cars.
And third question comes from automatic transmission. I change my timing belt to my ABZ engine. Unfortunately camshaft and oil pamp seals start leak oil. All seals front of engine were 15mm thick, so I put two of them, 8mm thick (they newer leak again) to each axle.
Now my engine is leaking oil between engine and gearbox, great. Does anyone know sizes of all rubber gasket´s for gearbox CML, 4HP24? I´m living countryside, far from town. And if I take down my gearbox, I like to have all gaskets for every axle . So, I don´t have to make it second time. And believe or not, I try to buy them from local Audi dealer. They just doesn´t know how many and what size rubber gasket I need to my engine and my automatic transmission !!!
I´m new in this forum, but You can make lot of question to me. Cars are my hobby. Unfortunately I´m just learning top know my A8 and I know something already....

Hi Petri,
At first welcome here.
I was just reading yours and keep asking myself how it is possible that your Audi dealer has no idea concerning the amount and size of gaskets needed. They should be equipped with Audis Spare Parts Order System und just need to look it up! Really funny and sad in the same time. Perhaps I could help you out with latest version of this Spare Part Order System and you can look all up on your own. All with detailed sketches. The prices might not match but the part numbers should of course. It runs in English and it might be even possible to change to your native tongue, but I am not quite sure. However if your interested send me an Email with your address and I will send it to you.

Hello Jan !!
Thanks for Your co-operate. I have tried to find forum where people are friendly for A8-users. In Finish forums I many times hear "Why You do have to buy so big car with big problems". And now I know I have found it !!
This local dealer, hate of them for me, comes from two thing. First, I bought my car from Germany. And second, I have helped so many Audi and VW-person with their problems or services, without money (except materials) so they have loose a lot of money because of me. So, thats why they nearly allways says "we dont have sertificates or nowledge to A8".
And to be honest, knowledge in Finland about A8/S8 cars aren´t big. I have done a lot to find aome information about spare parts and wiring diagrams. Fortunately, I have one friend working in Finish Bosch-company. He has been big help to me.
