Hallo bin neu hier bin Elektriker habe von Auto wenig Ahnung könnt ihr mir helfen

habe ein Audi a8 s8 d24 3.7l bj99

bei mir funktioniert Klima und standheizung nicht ich kanns beide einschalten standheizung komm das zeichen aber tut nichts

habe mir das Software carsoft icraft 908 und ein obd mit Software für webasto gekauft aber alle 3 Software können Klima und standheizung nicht lesen

bei einem kommt die fehlermeldun
01274 Stellmotor für Staudruckklappe (V71)
blockiert oder spannungslos, sporadisch

könnt ihr mir da weiterhelfen und welchen Software soll am besten kaufen

vielen Dank im voraus
