It's not that difficult. I do this once every year and it takes about one hour.

The only difficult thing might be the steering wheel. If your car has an airbag I have no idea how to disconnect it. Mine doesn't.

Steering wheel off and then you loosen the clamp that holds the steering column swithes. You do that through the hole in the bottom of the switch housing.

Then you can look at the picture I've attached. You donīt have to remove the swivel vents. Itīt sufficient to just tilt them.

Be careful with the connectors in the back of the instrument housing when you get that far.

I usually change all the bulbs. I think you need 25 - 30 bulbs depending on how many of the warning lights your car uses.
