wrong category (A8 instead of V8), but in your case I would try to contact the people at v8@audifans.com . Most of the people in there are from the US where most of the cars were equipped with a cell phone, as far as I remember.

It is sincerely possible to get one as well in Germany, but I can't provide you a contact for that. Try to place an add in "Marktplatz".
