Navplus in pre facelift Audi A8

Hello;

I have a little problem. I want to install navplus in my pre facelift A8 and have two possible solutions.

First alternative:
The Pre facelift has not an original middle section that fits with the Navplus screen. Does anyone know if the middle section, where navplus fits, exist in the aftermarket? This would be the easiest way to fit the navplus....

Second alternative:
I got the hole middle section from the facelift A8, but the facelift have buttons that only send signals to a sentral. I need a sentral to get the buttons working. This includes the foglights etc. How do I fit the facelift middle section into my pre facelift A8?
